Power of Attorney

You can arrange for someone to deal with your affairs in the event that you lose the ability to do so. For example, you may decide that you want one or more of your children to have the power to deal with your financial affairs on your behalf if you become unable to do so, on account of age or infirmity.

We can assist you in preparing the documents to obtain a Power of Attorney. You may never need to use the Power of Attorney but it may put your mind at rest to know that you have something in place if you do need someone else to act on your behalf in the future.
