Lee Christmas is a criminal law specialist with over 20 years of experience. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993. He became a Partner in 2013 and is head of the Criminal Law Department.

Tim Shorter has been a Solicitor for nearly 40 years and a Solicitor Advocate for 20 years. Patricia has maintained an ongoing interest in legal issues arising from human rights and animal welfare after qualifying as a solicitor in London in 1994.

Elaine Walker is a solicitor who specialises in employment law and accident claims.

Paul Legg joined Mustoe Shorter Solicitors & Advocates in 2018 after practicing as a defence advocate in London since 2006.
