Lee Christmas is a criminal law specialist with over 20 years of experience. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993. He became a Partner in 2013 and is head of the Criminal Law Department.
He has represented clients facing a wide variety of allegations including rape, robbery and murder.

James Tawse is the firm’s Business Manager and, as such, he assists the Partners in the running of the business.
James has more than 30 years’ experience in both Commercial Estate Agency and Commercial Property Management in Weymouth, Dorchester and West Dorset

Tim Shorter has been a Solicitor for nearly 40 years and a Solicitor Advocate for 20 years. He deals mainly with serious crime, regularly appearing as a defence Advocate cases in the Crown Court including trials for murder, armed robbery, drugs offences, assaults, fraud, and sex crimes. Patricia has maintained an ongoing interest in legal issues arising from human rights and animal welfare after qualifying as a solicitor in London in 1994.
Having initially specialised in all aspects of criminal defence work including extradition, she then extended her practice into family and child care law and has experience in working for local authorities as well as private clients.
Patricia particularly enjoys advocacy and is a member of SAHCA (Solicitors and Higher Court Advocates) and the Child Care Panel.

Elaine Walker is a solicitor who specialises in employment law and accident claims.
As an injury lawyer, Elaine specialises in claims arising from accidents at work and industrial diseases, such as asbestosis or hand-arm vibration syndrome.

Fiona graduated from the University of Plymouth with an honours degree in law, and went on to further her education by Graduate Chartered Legal Executive in 2018, obtaining a distinction in conveyancing.
